2 minutes. There is nothing download or any applications to run.  Once you have signed up we will send you a text and you simply follow the instructions to activate your account.  From then on any voicemails left for you will be converted into texts and sent to your mobile phone.

VoxSci™ is currently only available in the UK to contract customers, however, Tesco Mobile and Virgin Mobile do not support the conditional divert required to use the service.

VoxSci™ is not available to PAYG customers apart from giff gaff and O2 Simplicity.

Yes, in order to receive your voicemails as emails simply login at the top right of this screen and the select Settings you will then be able to enter the email address that you want your voicemails sent to and whether you want the email sent with an audio file (MP3) attachment of the voicemail.

If you want your voicemails delivered to more than one email address simply add the second and subsequent email addresses with a coma between them.

It may be necessary to clear any existing diverts that you have or your mobile phone first.  You can do this by dialling ##21# on your mobile phone and then dialling the **004*0203.... string that we sent to you by text when you registered (you can have this text resent to you by logging in on the top right of this page and then clicking [RESEND ACTIVATION].

Alternatively it may be that you have a Pay As You Go mobile phone; unfortunately the VoxSci™ service will not work with Pay As You Go mobile phones.

If your mobile phone is connected to Orange/T-mobile or EE you will need to dial two activation codes.  The codes are the following format:

**004*0044[VoxSci voicemail number]#

**61*0044[VoxSci voicemail number]*11*15#

There is no charge for these two calls.

It is necessary to use two activation codes since EE took over Orange and T-Mobile.

You can obtain your [VoxSci voicemail number] by logging in at our website www.voxsci.com and then selecting Overview or by calling 0207 060 0200.

Firstly we would advise you deactivate all call diverts by calling: 1200.
Then:
1226 + [VoxSci voicemail number] - Activates Call Divert busy to your VoxSciences account
1228 + [VoxSci voicemail number] - Activates Call Divert when number is not available to your VoxSciences account

Additional useful codes:
1200 - Deactivate, All Call Diverts
1213 - Deactivate, Call Divert Unconditional

Call Vodafone by dialling 191 on your mobile and ask them to setup conditional diverts (divert on busy, unanswered or out of range) to your VoxSciences™ voicemail number which can be found by logging into your account at www.voxsci.com with your mobile number and PIN and then selecting Overview.

Please replace the 44 at the start of your VoxSciences™ voicemail mail number with a 0.

Contact BT by calling 0845 154 8844 (or by dialling 8844 from your BT One Phone) and ask them to setup conditional diverts (divert on busy, unanswered or out of range) to your VoxSciences™ voicemail number which can be found by logging into your account at www.voxsci.com with your mobile number and PIN and then selecting Overview.

Please replace the 44 at the start of your VoxSciences™ voicemail mail number with a 0.

Unfortunately these networks won't allow you to set up conditional diverts from your mobile.
If you have switched to one of these networks and would like to cancel please email or call us to cancel.

The VoxSci™ service aims to send out the text to you within 1 to 4 minutes, however depending on which network operator you are with and just how busy their network is at the time of the text being sent, the time for you to receive the text may be slightly extended.

If VoxSci™ can't transcribe a message that has been left for you (eg the message has been left in an unsupported language) a text/email will be sent to you to say that the message can’t be transcribed and how you can dial into the VoxSci™ platform so that you can listen to the recording.  Or alternatively you can login at the top right of this screen and then select messages where you can listen to your messages.

The VoxSciences™ service will split the message up into a maximum of 5 text messages.  When you first register with us the default maximum number of text messages sent out for each voicemails is 2.  If you think that you will need more than this login at the top right of this screen and click on Settings there you will be able to change the maximum number of texts sent out for each voicemail.

Most recent mobile phones will concatenate multiple texts into one text so that it is easier to read the combined message.

The length of the message that can be left for you is determined by the maximum number of texts (or units of 160 characters transcribed) per voicemail message that you have selected in the ‘change settings' section of our web site once you have logged in.

The default is a maximum of 3 texts per voicemail which will give a maximum message length that can be left for you of 60 seconds.

• Max number of texts 1 per voicemail sets a maximum message length of 20 seconds
• Max number of texts 2 per voicemail sets a maximum message length of 30 seconds
• Max number of texts 3 per voicemail sets a maximum message length of 60 seconds
• Max number of texts 4 per voicemail sets a maximum message length of 60 seconds
• Max number of texts 5 per voicemail sets a maximum message length of 60 seconds

There are three ways that you can listen to your voicemails:

Dial into our phone system

Dial your VoxSci™ voicemail number from the mobile phone that you have registered with us and then enter your PIN when prompted. The auto attendant of our telephone system will answer your call, simply follow her instructions to listen your voicemail.

TIP: To go straight to a particular message simply interrupt the auto attendant by dialling a '*' followed by the number of the message followed by a '#'. The number of the message will be displayed at the end of the text or email that we send to you, for example *77# 

If you don't know your VoxSci™ voicemail number login in at the top right of this screen; your VoxSciences™ voicemail number will then be available to you.

You must dial in using the mobile that you registered with us as we recognise the number you have dialled in from in order to authenticate the call.

Alternatively to access your voicemail without using your mobile dial 0203 111 2222, you will need to enter in your mobile number as 447XXXXXXXXX and then your PIN. You'll then be logged in to access your voicemail and record your personalised greeting, this will work from any phone.  

Via our secure website

Login at the top right of this screen and then select Messages to hear your relevant voicemail simply click on the white triangle to the left of the number that left the message.

To read your voicemail simply place your cursor over the phone number from where the message was left, a box will open with the text of the voicemail.

Via an audio file attached to an email

Simply login and select setting then from the Alert drop down box select the option to have your voicemails delivered as emails with an audio file (MP3) attachment.  Then play the attached file to listen to your voicemail.

Dial your VoxSci™ voicemail number from the mobile phone that you have registered with us and enter your PIN when prompted.  The auto attendant of our telephone system will answer your call, simply follow her instructions to record your personalised greeting.

Simply call 0203 111 2222 and then enter you VoxSciences™ voicemail number as the mailbox number and then your PIN.  Then follow the auto attendant's instructions.

To refer someone simply login at our website and add the email addresses of anyone you wish to refer or simply ask whoever you refer to add your mobile number when they register with us.

To leave yourself a TextMemo simply dial 0203 111 22 00 and speak the memo that you want to send to yourself. We convert your memo into text and send it to your mobile phone as a text message and a copy to your email address (if you have selected this option).

When you are in the UK calls made to you that are diverted to our platform and calls you may make to our platform should be covered within your monthly allowance, but please check with your mobile operator.

If you use the Voxsci service with one of our Apps you may incur a data charge if you have exceeded your data allowance. 

We will send out vat invoices as a PDF attachment to your email address.

Copy invoices can be downloaded from our website by logging in using your mobile number and PIN and then clicking on Invoices.

VoxSciences™ converts your voicemails into text and delivers them to your mobile as a text (SMS) message and/or as an email.

We use our powerful conversion engine called VERBS (Virtual Engine for Recognition of Basic Speech) to do this.  Converting speech to text is a notoriously hard thing to do for a variety of reasons.  However, VERBS is extremely good at doing this because it learns from humans, who also ensure the quality of what VERBS produces.  The more of your voicemails that VERBS converts from voice to text the better it get.
